Please Note: Orders for monogrammed and personalized items cannot be cancelled. Once placed, your order cannot be returned except when due to defect. Styles are not available on all items.
TIPS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Type name or initials. If you choose initials please type First, LAST, Middle. For 3 Letter Monograms, Initials are sewn First,LAST,Middle with the LAST initial is larger in the center.
Please type Initials in the order in which they will appear.
Example: Katherine Anne Wood would be sewn as: KWA
Names are sewn with the First initial capitalized. If you would like the name to appear in ALL CAPS or in all lower case letters-please email customerserviceonline@mud-pie.com.
***Personalization orders can take up to 10 days to ship. If you select 2-Day or Overnight Shipping we do not ship the same day. All expedited orders ship the following business day and we do not ship on weekends or holidays. **If you select 2-day Personalized orders will take approximately 36 hours to process and ship.
