What do I do if I forgot my password?
Oh no! If you can’t remember your password, you can reset a new password here. If you’re not able to reset your password please contact our Customer Care Team, during our business hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm EST, Monday – Friday.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
Oh no! We are sorry that you did not receive your order confirmation. It’s possible this could have arrived in your spam folder or the email address provided is maybe incorrect. Our Customer Care Team is always happy to resend your email confirmation!
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number. 2-Day and Overnight Shipping are currently not available.
How do I cancel/ change my order. or edit my address after my order has been placed?
Please note we cannot cancel or edit orders once the order has begun to process.
What should I do if I cannot add items to my cart?
If you are unable to add items to your cart we suggest refreshing the web page and/or opening a new browser.
Why is my card charged twice?
For all orders a pre-authorization charge is requested from your bank in order to verify funds. Once an order is submitted, the authorization places a hold on your account for the entire amount of the order, or in some instances larger as it may not reflect the flash sale and/or discounts. These funds are held temporarily and will not be posted as an actual charge until your order is complete. Once the merchandise ships, your credit card will be charged and the hold is removed. If your order is not completed for some reason, this pre-authorization charge will automatically be removed from your account.
Why is my coupon not working?
You must create a username and password in order to setup a Mud Pie account here. All coupon and promotional codes are only available when logged into your account. Coupon codes can be applied at checkout after you select your shipping option at the payment screen.
How can I find out the status of my return?
All returns may take 2-3 weeks to process and for a credit to appear on your original form of payment. We recommend shipping your package with a tracking number in order to track its delivery date.
Is gift wrapping available?
At this time, we currently don’t offer gift wrapping or gift messaging.
I placed my order over the weekend with expedited shipping. Why hasn’t it shipped yet?
All expedited orders process the following business day and do not ship on weekends or holidays. 2-Day and Overnight Shipping will not process and ship the same day.
What is the difference between my order shipping FedEx and FedEx SmartPost?
When shipping standard ground, the final delivery method is determined by the weight of your order. If the order is small enough it will qualify to ship FedEx SmartPost. FedEx will then transport your order and pass it off to a local USPS sorting facility for final delivery.
Am I able to ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, at this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
Do you get items back in stock if they are sold out?
Our Mud Pie Team is always hard at work crafting more of our favorites. Please continue to check back in order to snag yours once available again. However, even though we have fallen in love as much as you have, some of our collections are exclusive and available for a limited time only. We swoon over new arrivals daily and occasionally receive similar styles.
Do you have a sizing chart for both Fashion and Kids?
Yes! Mud Pie offers sizing charts for both Fashion and Kids here.
Are Mud Pie baby products safe for children?
Mud Pie believes family is everything! When it comes to our little ones, their safety means the world to us. All Mud Pie Kids and Baby product is designed with children’s safety, health, and comfort in mind, and meet Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements.
Are ceramic products dishwater/ oven/ microwave safe?
Tender loving care is recommended in order to keep your product everlasting. While most of our ceramic pieces are dishwasher safe, we always encourage hand washing with lite soap and warm water. All ceramic pieces that are oven safe will have attached baking instructions. It is important to ensure all oven safe pieces are brought to room temperature prior to placing in the oven. Any ceramic piece that does not contain metal is microwave safe. Reminder that anything prior to being removed from the oven or microwave should be handled with care and caution as it will be hot to touch. Please contact our Customer Care Team to inquire about specific product inquires.
Are all Mud Pie Home products designed for the kitchen and made of wood food safe?
Yes! All Mud Pie Home products are designed to complement your yummy bites, treats, and meals. Any dye and stain used on the wood is food safe. It is important to be delicate about what the product is used for and to know that any food product with strong pigments may stain. Reminder to ensure nothing is left in the item for an extended period of time.
My little one is an aspiring Mud Pie model! Do you offer casting calls for the Mud Pie Kids catalog?
If you live in the Atlanta area and your child is 3mo to 5T, we encourage you to submit your child through one of the following agencies we use for baby & kids catalog models: C2 Kids, and The Bell Agency. If you need more information, we suggest contacting them directly to understand exactly what is needed for the submission process.

AM I ABLE TO RETURN AN ITEM ON SALE?
All items flagged as Final Sale are not eligible for returns nor exchanges. This will be noted by a red flag on the product page and in your shopping cart confirmation. If an item is on sale, however not marked as Final Sale, it is eligible to be returned.
WHAT ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE?
Any item with the final sale flag on www.mudpie.com, and/or personalized items are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
Why Can't i monogram my item at the moment?
We are off searching for new ways to make our monograms even more darling. During this time, our personalization function has been turned off.
Can I pay with a prepaid gift card?
At this time, we do not accept prepaid gift cards or international credit cards as a form of payment. If you attempt to use this form of payment your order will not be processed. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
