Job Title: Office Coordinator and HR Assistant

Position Summary:

Mud Pie is seeking a Office Coordinator and HR Assistant to join our team to assist with daily HR duties, office operations and payroll. We are looking for a detail oriented individual that possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have ability to self-manage and work well under strict deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Office Administrator duties:
  • Manage Visa process for all travel
  • Responsible for vendor travel arrangements
  • Order FedEx supplies and office supplies as needed
  • Responsible for distributing employee purchase invoices to employees and territory managers
  • Provide support for CEO and executive staff
  • Support general requests for assistance across the company
  • Coordinate all desk set ups for new hires as well as any desk moves
  • Stock conference room and appropriate areas with drinks, plates, utensils, etc. as needed
  • Maintenance of printers, postage machine, storage closet, etc.
  • Order and set up lunches for meetings
  • Manage meeting scheduling, planning and preparation

  • HR Assistant and Payroll Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily payroll department operations

  • Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance

Job Title: Business Analyst

Position Summary:

Mud Pie is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and serve as a key resource in business reporting, data maintenance and business process support. The Business Analyst is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting applications to ensure Mud Pie’s business process are functioning properly.  This role is also responsible for documenting business processes and translating data into digestible information.  In addition, the Business Analyst will support multiple projects simultaneously. This individual should have strong technical knowledge base and apply those skills to support of all Mud Pie departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot enterprise applications, including managing the support process, documenting and implementing resolution
  • Document all business processes
  • Build reports within business applications (Apprise, WMS, SQL)
  • Assist with developing system integrations via Jitterbit (IPAAS)
  • Assist with developing business intelligence environment and facilitate the transition of offline reporting to an automated front end based tool (Power BI)
  • Assist in ensuring and maintaining integrity of data throughout the organization
  • Track and report all system changes and enhancements

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of related experience in a business or data analyst role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Access
  • Experience with enterprise applications and databases (SQL, MYSQL, OracleSQL) is required
  • Experience with reporting packages such as QlikView, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving and reasoning abilities

Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain WMS inventory, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
  • Moniter and maintain current inventory levels; track orders and investigate problems
  • Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; re-stock items as necessary; label shelves.
  • Process and document returns as required following established procedures.
  • Collect and confirm dimensions/weights of new product and existing inventory as appropriate using Cubiscan machine.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and preparing daily status reports.
  • May train staff/temp employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work
  • Inventory tasks may require use of equipment (forklift, EPJ) to move product as needed.
  • Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and other warehouse management systems.
  • Perform duties assigned with excellent quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean work station.
  • Promote a safe work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned, including tasks within any other warehouse department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with inventory control, supplies, equipment and cycle counting
  • Completion of lift certification and safety training required
  • Demonstrates accuracy and follow through in all assigned tasks
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Proficient reading and math skills
  • Basic working knowledge of computers, RF Scanners and Warehouse Management systems
  • High school diploma or a GED preferred

Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and achieve productivity objectives and departmental standards while maintaining high levels of safety, quality, accuracy, and team morale.
  • Ownership for daily workload and workflow of your department; making adjustments as needed to ensure company/departmental goals are achieved.  Enforce SOPs and work processes that optimize efficiency.
  • Continuous review, development and improvements of operational processes to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.  Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track success and/or recurring problems.  
  • Collaborate with peers and leaders to develop goals and objectives that align with business requirements. Maintain awareness of the business matters and Company profitability, including budgetary goals.
  • Responsible for all departmental reporting, including labor reports, shipping reports, quality log, etc.
  • Lead, supervise and train a team (15+) of hourly warehouse associates and their daily activities. Promote teamwork within your department.
  • Recruit and retain qualified and motivated workforce. Develop personnel to ensure appropriate back up/successors in all key positions.  Coach and groom direct reports for excellence while documenting progress and cross-training to provide adequate coverage in key areas.   
  • Evaluate employee performance and conduct annual performance reviews for all direct reports; ensure process of tracking and maintaining productivity standards for each associate.    
  • Handle disciplinary issues and maintaining an environment of respect and accountability.
  • Require a “Tour Ready” and safe work area and securing building/operations at end of shift.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo; assist with strategy development for warehouse ventures.
  • Proactively identify safety concerns and promotes a safe work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned, including responsibility for any other warehouse department or shift.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 3+ years of management experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to multi-task; excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Possess a sense of urgency and have the ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.
