When can I expect my order to ship?
All Mud Pie orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Stone Mountain, GA. NOTE: orders are received in our system and shipped the following business day. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Large orders may require additional time. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

What should I do if I can not add items to my cart?

Is gift wrapping available?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
How long to Mud Pie Personalized orders take?
Most personalized items are produced within 5 business days at which time we will ship your personalized item and remaning items based on your preferred shipping method. Customized orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been placed.
